THE PROCESS

Below is our process to make sure you are fully trained, prepared, and confident in your new position:

1 - Sign up to serve online or on your next steps card.

2 - You will be added to the serving calendar and your position's Facebook group chat. 

3 - Your ministry leader will contact you with details and a reminder to "prepare" before you shadow.

4 - Make sure to wear your red Porch shirt and name tag. We will provide you with both!

5 - You will shadow a volunteer in your position. Always ask questions! Your leader will follow up with you in a couple days.

6 - You are now ready to volunteer regularly and help new volunteers. 

7 - Always let your ministry leader know if you have questions, need help, or need supplies.
