Now you can keep track of the attendance for your growth group, add any new guests to your group (make sure you let a staff member know ), and send an email to your whole group!
TEP 1 - download the app
STEP 2 - type “theporch” in the domain blank
STEP 3 - click on "forget password." Enter your email address and you will be sent a link to set up your password!
*NOTE: If we do not have your email in our system, just update your info at the next check in or send it to us right now. We will get it updated and set up your account!
Once we set you up, you'll have a username of (first).(last) and your password will be "theporch". A staff member will set up your log in and give the the correct permissions to view your group.
To take attendance just click "attendance", find your growth group, check all that are present for that meeting, and click save!
Go ahead and send a text out to anyone who missed, letting them know you missed them and making sure everything is ok!
